POST 6: FOOD

Today's topic has always complicated me, because I really like food and I can't choose a favorite. but now that adult life has hit me hard, I have ordered a lot of vegan Chinese food. I really like it because first of all, it gets me out of a tight spot and it's delicious, it has a lot of vegetables, seaweed, mushrooms and sometimes tofu.

When I became vegan I thought it would be more difficult to find places to buy or order prepared food, however, in most Chinese food places there is a choice of vegetable chapsui and white rice or fries. My favorite place is "Pollo Chang" it has many vegetarian and vegan options, not only main dishes but also snacks such as gyosas, fried tofu, Bao, corn dog, etc. They also sell a very tasty drink called Babolti, which is flavored tea and tapioca balls.
Chinese food in my family was a classic of the weekends where nobody wanted to cook or of important events such as graduations, birthdays, etc. Now that I don't live with them, it has become my classic and also somehow reminds me of those moments. I have created my own map in different regions with my favorite places, in fact I discovered that there is a Pollo Chang place in Valparaiso, and also a restaurant around my house with a vegan option, so you could say that I am a fan.
